The Toledo Rowing Foundation is proud to present the Glass City City Regatta, 2023. The last regatta in Toledo was in 2019. Thousands of fans will line the shore of the Maumee River in downtown Toledo, Ohio to cheer on all the athletes taking part in the regatta.
